| Contents | hopes that Warburg will not be that 'drunk' to accompany them when embarking for their return trip; the lecture by Max [Warburg] was a huge success, everybody said he was the best and impressed the 20 senior civil servants ['Regierungsräte'] enormously; the Day was very well organised, the atmosphere was very good, civil servants, members of parliament, agricultural experts and academics were listening to each other; on a complaint: he does not want to discuss 'Kösterberg'; when there is place for Warburg's family, they do not come and when there is no place, Warburg complains that he would have liked to come, but then he would not have come because of hayfever etc.; advises him to take everything a bit more easily; Mary and children are fine; sends greetings to [Heinrich and Gertrud] Embden and Petersens; Paul visited HAPAG the previous evening and enjoyed it |
