| Contents | Marietta thanks for letter; has not heard anything about Warburg's plan of going to Göttingen; Max Adolph wrote, suggested they meet up with [Peter Paul] Braden; they will do so after their trip to Rothenburg; Frede has very well settled in; they are busy making jam; Frede writes that she is very happy indeed being in Aschaffenburg, feels totally immersed; the children are nice; Frede is trying hard to improve her practical skills, cooking is difficult, ironing, cleaning and darning less so; the gymnastic lessons are not very exciting, but Lena's [Hammer] and her mother's classes are phenomenal; Theo [Schwisow] has also been teaching, but only for a short time, Lena is leaving for a few days to join him and upon her return they will all go on the trip to Rothenburg; they may also go to Heidelberg, visit Max Adolph and Thiede; Frede shares a room with Hildegard Wagner and Madelaine Katz |
