ContentsMax adds more information to the recently discussed points regarding the marriage of Aby Warburg and Mary Hertz, Moritz Warburg will give Aby confirmation that he is going to continue paying the said sum to him and that he would do so as long as one of the two recipients are still alive; Max would not discuss the issue of support for children - that is legally secured and any agreement now would only be meaner than in the future when hopefully everything is settled and all children given the same status; reassures John that nobody in Max' family will ever criticize Johann Nicolaus Hertz'' father for having accepted what Max's father sadly was unable to accept; for Max's father the religious education of the children is the main point and his demands there are ultimately only negative ones; for the moment these are Max's personal observations, but wants to communicate them to Hertz right away
