Contentsit is the last Sunday in their old apartment; the last few days were turbulent, but Mary is very well and has many offers of help; invites his parents to visit them next April; Warburg will send photographs of the new apartment; Warburg has not much time for work, he has started reviewing a very good English book which the director [Sidney Colvin] of the [Department of Prints and Drawings in the] British Museum has sent him; Warburg's name is frequently mentioned in the book; [Gustaf F.] Steffen, his Swedish friend, visited them; Steffen is an economist and the only person who in the field of economics has arrived at similar general psychological theories as Warburg; hopes that the contact with Steffen will give Warburg the impetus for writing a book on a general psychology of art; Warburg likes Hamburg, but thinks that he has more possibilities for concentrated work in Florence; mentions Spemann publishers in Berlin, who agreed to everything Warburg suggested; Warburg is waiting for the second copy of 'Mutter Erde' in order to decide which [of his American] photographs to send to him; he has made one decision, not to publish the photographs of the dances in Oraibi with Spemann; Warburg is really keen in resuming work; sends greetings to Fritz; Mary thanks Moritz for birthday greetings as for all the letters she received from Kösterberg, Ferdinandstrasse in Hamburg, Kaiserstrasse in Frankfurt; she feels that everybody spoils her far too much; expresses her deep gratitude to Moritz
