M. [Ernst Schwedeler-Meyer]; Goldschmidt seems to have accepted that he is stuck in Halle, but wants to move to Berlin in the future; S.-M. is on his side; [J.] Wölfflin makes difficulties; he also visited aunt Fanny [Hertz], felt a bit weak; requests from Mary to send him one set of 'Jason and Medea' photographs; on a postcard by [Paul] Schubring, who published something on Botticelli research which he could only have heard in the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florenz; is pleased that Mary had a good impression of the school for Detta [Marietta Warburg], he will discuss this further with her; is pleased that Miss [Bertha] de Voss was given a pension; Warburg and Schwedeler-Meyer will see 'Midsummernights Dream' in the evening
