Contents	she is working on Anna's bust [Anna Warburg], but does not make any progress; Mary requires a few more sittings with Anna; Mary will move upstairs as the carpenter will take away the doors downstairs; two building plots further up the road a house is being built, lots of noise; it is raining in Hamburg, very necessary; Max Adolph is very happy to go to school; the children are well; Mary had a good letter from Puss [Nina Warburg]; Puss, however, did not mention anything about the pains in the leg; Paul [Warburg] wants post from Warburg, is working very hard, is very happy with his work; Nina sent large photographs of the Veth paintings which Mary thinks are very good; Nina's mouth is beautifully drawn; Mary also had a letter 'in the ususal style' from Frieda [Warburg] in Cannes; an invoice from Amsler & Ruthardt for photographs of frescoes for Mark 197 arrived; should Mary pay?; in the evening she will visit aunt Malchen [Amalie Goldschmidt]
