Contentsacknowledges receipt of two letters; she has not replied to his remarks on her description of nature as she has been waiting for the two long letters which Warburg promised her; she does not want to disturb his cure by unnecessarily exciting him; they will go only to Mölln, if he does not allow them to go to the heath; Wilhelm [Hertz] will not accompany them, Lene [Magdalene Hertz] and her sons will go somewhere else for the autumn holidays, to Segeberg or a similarly geologically interesting place; why does Warburg think she wants to take Hübners along?; calls him an 'old suspicious sheep'; because she has invited them to come rowing once and because she allowed Pöppi to play in her garden is no reason for Warburg to complain about her 'lack of energy'; he can be totally certain that she does not give him any reason for complaint; he should leave her and the children the joy they have when playing with little Pöppi; commiserates poor Krahnstövers; can imagine well that he is impressed by the way they deal with their life; she will visit [Wilhelmine] Niels in the afternoon
