| Contents | has returned from Hanna's [Johanna Hertz], met Mrs. Liepmann there and Mrs. Otto Embden; 'Maus' [Miss Lüders] played Schumann; in the evening Mary will attend the Friday night meal in Rabenstrasse, it is Gisela's 10th birthday; is keen to hear what Warburg has to write about [Heinrich] Embden's visit; she has already answered his questions about hotel in Wiesbaden and the present; explains that he cannot expect an immediate answer as the post takes several days from him to her and back again; she still has not spoken with [Carl Georg] Heise, he rang her, but she was not at home; she will have to wait for his next trip to Hamburg; is very happy that Richard Samson visited Warburg and that Warburg liked him; she is looking forward to Samson's visit and they will send him a joint postcard; Fritzanna [Fritz and Anna Warburg] will not attend the evening meal as Philipsons from Stockholm are in Hamburg; next week Malice [Max and Alice Warburg] will go to Wiesbaden and visit Lola [Hahn] afterwards; Fritzanna [Fritz and Anna Warburg] want to move soon to Kösterberg; Mary and Miss Dühren sorted the linen which Mary was given from mother's [Charlotte Warburg] estate |
