Contentsno letter from Warburg, but a long letter from Max Adolph about his trip to Kreuzlingen [extant, 30/05/1922], was happy to meet his father again; Mary and Lili du Bois-Reymond had tea at Liepmanns', who send greetings; Mary likes Liepmanns, they are her favourite couple among the Hamburg professors; a friend of Lili's, Dr. [Wolfgang?] Stechow, played the piano in Mary's house, beautiful; everybody loves playing on her grand piano; it is still uncertain what [Aby Warburg and Mary Warburg] will do at Whitsun, Sprinzen, hawthorn trees, wisteria etc. are no longer in blossom, roses are starting, etc.; Mathilde Rosenberg has died, she was in Wünsch clinic in Hamburg; is very sorry for Elsa [Melchior, Mathilda's sister]
