| Contents | thanks for letter from him, Nurse Frieda, Dr. [Ludwig] Binswanger with their report on the visits by Wilhelm [Hertz] and Felix [Warburg]; is sorry that Felix's visit was so short, he may come again at the end of August; Felix's travel programme in Europe is too hectic, Warburg is right with his expression' to travel through Europe like a syringe'; will send him photographs from the family at Kösterberg; on his requests, suit, toiletries, etc, collars; will send him a silk rope to be used as belt for his morning coat; she will talk to Empel [Heinrich Embden] about Warburg's wish to be allowed to return to Hamburg for two months; but to be in Hamburg for the silver wedding anniversary will be too strenuous and taxing for Warburg; Mary and Frede will return to Hamburg on 10/08, Lili du Bois-Reymond will come to Hamburg on 12/08 for the baptism of the Horwitz baby [Viola Renate] and will stay until 14/08 with Mary; on the trip the previous day to the Baltic Sea, on foot from Lützenburg to Hohwacht and back via Malente; she was proud that she could walk such a long distance; Felix du Bois-Reymond is working in Freiburg; she had a short card from Max Adolph from Persenbeug a/d Donau |
