Contents[Heinrich] Embden will visit Warburg as soon as possible; it was good of Max Adolph to visit Warburg again on his return journey from Italy; she enjoyed the Richard Reitzenstein lecture, it was difficult, though; Wilhelm [Wilhelm Adolph Hertz] is with them for a few days, which is good for his brother Walther, who is getting better; she likes having Walther in the house, he is like a substitute son or brother; Walther is also the errand-boy, he collects cash from the bank a few times per day, earlier in the day he collected two billion Mark which were spent in one and a half hours; Marietta told Mrs. [Eva] von Eckardt what Warburg requested and she will see to it all; it was about the note in 'Hamburger Fremdenblatt' on the Warburg library lectures; is astonished that Warburg never wrote anything about Mrs. Hammer's visit; Marietta was very happy to hear that Mary was able to meet her; Emmy [Emilie Merck] visits Marietta frequently; mother sends greetings, Frede just left for her dance class; Mrs. Höhler, Max Adolph's landlady wrote, she expected him at the end of October and inquired what was the matter
