| Contents | wants to know when Mary will visit her in Heidelberg, urges her to come soon; is very pleased to read that the flat at Kösterberg is comfortable; Warburg has sent articles for Frede to hand to Prof. Köhler and his daughter [Liselotte]; she visited Marianne Weber on the occasion of Klibansky's PhD; cannot make out Marianne Weber, is intimidated in her presence and feels that Marianne Weber is intimated; on 09/06/1929 she has been invited to tea, Regenbogen will give a lecture; has not started making visits or joining student events, has only attended a student discussion on war literature, which was interesting but in hindsight not very 'necessary'; finds such events mere 'self-admiration'; the students in Heidelberg are better than those in Hamburg, but not as good as they fancy themselves; students from abroad and from all over Germany were a plus in Hamburg; on the difficulty of staying focused on her studies when the weather is so inviting to lie in the sun; once Anja will have left, she will concentrate more on her studies; on 02/06/1929 she showed Anja a little bit of the countryside near Heidelberg, Bruchsal, Pforzheim, Wildbad, Herrenalb, Baden-Baden, Rastatt, Durlach; sends greetings to Etzi and Petzi [Marietta Braden and Peter Paul Braden] |
