Contentsthanks for letter of 25/03/1929; on 03/04/1929 he will go via Frankfurt to Villa d'Este for a few days with Alice, Anita and Gisela; on 11/04/1929 he will go to Genoa, Hotel Miramare, to meet Felix and Frieda and to sail with them to Palestine; Max has not read the programme on the occasion of the quatercentenary celebrations of the Johanneum, but is certain that Kelter has not stressed the deeper meaning of a classical grammar school education; is very happy to read that Warburg wants to write an article on the occasion of the centenary of the Archaeological Institute; is happy that Warburg is well, but advises him to return soon; on the Planetarium negotiations, it would be important for Warburg to be in Hamburg; wants to talk to Warburg about Dr [Friedrich Johann] Glum, Max has cooperated with him in setting up a German-Swedish chair in Sweden; it must have been difficult for Warburg to 'correct' von Bode, but it had to be done
