Contentsdetailed account of he discussions between Warburg and [Paul] Clemen re university post in Bonn; informs him that Clemen also talked to [Fritz] Burger, [Friedrich] von Duhn's son-in-law, of whom Warburg has warned him; Warburg demands that a special exception, ' Extrawurst', is made for him; he thinks the publication of his book in 1907 has to suffice, he should not be made to undergo a 'Colloquium', to be examined by the professors; Warburg speaks of the possibility of being awarded the title professor by Prussia and of being asked to run the conducted tours for teachers in Florence; he wants to be taken seriously and does not want to live the life of a 'Luxustier', having no responsibilities; Mary Warburg is prepared to go with him to Bonn
