Lat. 4802 of the National Library in Paris; he has not seen views of Florence in other Ptolemy manuscripts; all three manuscripts go back to 'Ugo Comminellie Francia', thus the name used in the Paris codex; the Cod. Vat. lat. is dated to 1469, the Cod. Urb. to 1472; the Paris codex is not dated, it is the oldest of the three; Fischer does not have photographs of the views of Florence; sends New Year greetings |
