Contentsexplains why he is in Frankfurt for his Pentecost break; he wanted to tour the Mosel region on foot, but his hayfever is bad; Richard Rosenbacher also cancelled the Mosel tour so that both travelled to Frankfurt; sends greetings from grandparents; he likes staying with his grandparents, he enjoys the family life and the 'imposing picture gallery'; he enjoyed the three days when Richard Rosenbacher and Max Warburg stayed with him in Bonn; Regine Oppenheim [Warburg's maternal grandmother] reports that Richard Rosenbacher, Max Warburg and Warburg arrived safely back in Frankfurt; heard from Helene [Rosenbacher] that Emma [Emma Louise Goldschmidt?] should spend some time in Franzensbad; Helene [Rosenbacher] will also go to Bad Ischl; is pleased that the children's [Fritz and Louise] health improves in Halle; asks whether Théophilie [Warburg] is still in Italy
