| Contents | sends the last letter from Badenweiler as they will leave on 15/07/1888; she will be sorry to leave the lovely landscape, the woods; the weather had been very bad; they made a few trips; Moritz Warburg has already gone to Frankfurt; on the way he visited Mathilde [Rosenberg] and Marc Rosenberg in Karlsruhe and found them and the baby [Anna Maria] in good health; Charlotte Warburg and Olga [Warburg] will also travel via Karlsruhe to meet the family; the grandparents will travel directly to Homburg, where aunt Helene [Rosenbacher] is staying with her children; Charlotte Warburg and Olga Warburg will join them in Homburg a few days later; Olga will then join the twin in Oeynhausen, mother will return to Hamburg; only Paul Warburg is at home; she will meet Portens in Frankfurt; Portens will travel to Heidelberg, Prof. [Wilhelm] Erb will advise them which spa to visit in the Black Forest; encloses a newspaper cutting that Kunsthalle in Hamburg will purchase paintings from the Dutch school; is pleased that he has found a good restaurant; advises him to go walking everyday; sends greetings from everybody |
