Contentsthanks him for his letter; is not sorry that he has lost weight; is pleased that his landlady is very tidy; Max Warburg has gone from Vienna to Budapest, will then visit Munich and Frankfurt where he will meet Paul Warburg on 02/12/1892; it may be that Paul will visit Warburg in Karlsruhe on 03/12/1892 before he embarks on his voyage around the world; Paul will travel with the two Kohn-Speyers; what does Warburg think of Max Schiff [Maximilian Paul Schiff's engagement]?; aunt Rosa [Schiff] wrote that the engagement took place in the synagogue, the young woman is very 'agreeable' and well liked by everybody, however, the father is not happy with the decision; comments on the death of a young woman in the Ruben family, Moritz Warburg saw Paulus Ruben [Paul Ruben] on the occasion of the funeral; Hamburg celebrates the end of the cholera epidemic with church services, Moritz and his sons Paul, Felix and Fritz attended the service in the synagogue; the 'Weihnachtsbuch' [copy filed in WIA, III.37.4.5] has not yet been published; when will Warburg be able to send out copies of his PhD?; Dr. Adolf [Adolph Goldschmidt?] asked for a copy
