| Contents | is very sorry for him suffering again from hayfever; hopes that the army doctor will sign him off; has he spoken with Marc [Rosenberg] since his return?; they receive good reports about the new house of uncle Moritz [Oppenheim]; Felix likes it, grandmother finds it 'indescribably beautiful' and likes the garden; they do not know when Paul Warburg will return, they only have letters from him from Yokohama where he sends greetings to [Adolf] Dorner, not knowing that he has died; but Mrs. Kohn-Speyer phoned them that Paul and his friends have arrived in America and might return by the end of June or beginning of July; the parents' wedding day is always the day after Pentecost but they do not plan any great celebrations; there has been the rumour that Bertha Robinow got engaged to the architect Alfred Löwengard, but it may not be anything as presently Bertha has gone with her father and sister to England for three weeks [in 1894 Löwengard got engaged to Jenny Kanitz; cf. 05/02/1894]; Olga is still busy with an embroidery for uncle Moritz [Oppenheim]; Franziska [Jahns] , Fritz and Louise are very happy in Travemünde; Florette [Saulmann] is visiting aunt Mali for one week; aunt Mali [Amalie Goldschmidt] is pleased that Miss Wiesel-Moser has left; aunt Théophilie Warburg, Rosa [von Günzburg] and children, Elsa [von Günzburg]and Lilly [von Günzburg] enjoy their holiday in Badenweiler |
