Contentsacknowledges receipt of Warburg's cable when she was sitting at table with Hannache [Johanna Hertz], Detta [Marietta Warburg] and Liebeth [Elisabeth Hennigs]; is pleased for Warburg that he has company in their apartment; his books have been packed and will be shipped the next day; Mr. Philipp called with an etching of Hamburg harbour; he said he was commissioned to do so by Warburg; Mary had no idea about it, but paid him Mark 18; she likes the etching; Mary is just back from Trudel-Pudel's [Gertrud Carr] wedding; Pastor Weimann officiated; Mary could not see very much, she is short-sighted; she enjoyed the lovely music, a soprano solo; Gertrud, [Adolf?] Mietsch and the other young women looked lovely, the aunts as well; Max Adolph is very well, Hanna [Johanna Hertz] found he looks very much like her son Wilhelm [Wilhelm Adolph Hertz]
