Contents	thanks him for a copy of Warburg's article ['Bildniskunst']; in San Francisco people were asking about Warburg, Mr. [Ignatz] Steinhart and Mr. Langeman will sail to Europe shortly and will visit him; in Colorado Springs Mr. [Louis R.] Ehrich still remembers Warburg; since Warburg's stay in Colorado Springs, the [Antlers] hotel has burnt down and a big new hotel has been built; the highlight of their trip was Yosemite Valley in the snow; it was indescribably beautiful; Else and Joe Lilienthal accompanied them; is very impressed with the natural wealth of the country and more so with the educational developments of the population; education is free; wonders where the next generation of tradespeople will come from
