Contentsforwards confidentially the list of speakers and lecture titles so far received by the local congress committee in Rome; there are very many French among them, German scholars [Hermann] Egger, [Richard] Ehrenberg and [Carl] Gebhardt are not enough; Warburg has offered a lecture on the Palazzo Schifanoia in Ferrara; urges members of the board to send applications and to urge colleagues to register; Warburg has written to [J.] Mesnil [Jacques Dwelshauvers] and [Hans] Geisenheimer and will write to [A.] Schmarsow, [G.] Vitzthum, [Hans] Willich and some Dutch friends; the board has to discuss the programme; requests an urgent meeting, if need be in Berlin or even in Rome;list of speakers and titles, René Schneider, Henry Enlart, Fierens Gevaert, Cesare Matranga, P.S.
