Contentsreports on his discussions with members of the board about the Holiday Course in 1912; everybody is pleased that Warburg wants to lecture on old furnishings in Palazzo Medici; does this means that the introductory essay of the Inventory volume is completed?; the Holiday Course lasts two weeks, they cannot extend its duration; they have a problem with scheduling, if Warburg wants to have all the lecture slots for the entire duration of the Course; suggests that Warburg and [Walter] Bombe to alternate with the lectures and the conducted tours; this would lighten Warburg's workload; they do not wish to employ further lecturers; [Hans] Willich cannot be invited as he is late with submitting a manuscript promised long ago; it was a misunderstanding on Warburg's part to think that Bombe will conduct tours after the end of the Course; Bombe's tours would be during the Course, Palazzo Davanzati cycle; refers to remuneration or lack of remuneration: Warburg was invited as people assumed that he would not need any remuneration; they do not know as yet whether they will have the use of a sciopticon; it is too expensive to have an additional cable laid to the lecture room, so that they try to find a lecture room elsewhere; for how many lecture does Warburg need a sciopticon?; requests binding statement from Warburg that he will give the Holiday Course lectures in the spring of 1912
