Contentsis very happy with Mary's letter, she and Fanny [du Bois-Reymond] [her daughter] are looking forward to accommodating Max Adolph next winter; they could take Max Adolph earlier, but Warburg is right in suggesting that Max Adolph should first lodge with Lindigs; Eva [du Bois-Reymond] might find a room with the help of Marie Günther [née Hensel] in Berlin; is very sorry for Mary Warburg that she has to dismiss members of her staff at this time; admires Mary Warburg's calm and composure; Eva [Roemer?] was very happy having met Marietta [Warburg]; Fanny had the flu; Lea [Lili's daughter] and Lili want to hear the St. Matthew's Passion by Bach at Easter; could Mary Warburg buy tickets if it will be performed in Hamburg?; she has also asked Marie Günther for the same service; could Mary Warburg also find accommodation for them?; she had a letter from 'wonderful' Mrs. Gallison [Marie Gallison Reuter?] whose nine day voyage back to Germany was very rough; mentions a friend in Danzig
