Contentswill try to write after lunch so that the post will leave on the evening steamer; thanks him for letter; she is also sorry that so much of her life is subsumed in the daily grind; sometimes she thinks that nothing of her old self is left; is happy that Gustaf F. Steffen is with Warburg; will he go to Kösterberg after the departure of Steffen?; Panina [Paul and Nina Warburg] will arrive and Mary asks Warburg to give them her greetings; is very happy that Warburg likes the painting of tulips by [Wilhelmine] Niels; the children have not yet started to dig and build a castle on the beach; they have found an old metal drum which will be very suitable for a fortified tower; the weather is not bad, but not sunny; 'Ruschi' [also Miss Rusch; possibly Miss Rickers?] is a very good helper
