Contents	food is very good, lists the daily selection; the children are eating well, relatively fast; the same waiter as in the previous year serves them courteously; Mary has not seen Jensine, thinks she got married; Villa Senta seems to be uninhabited; in Villa Anita there is a maid called Anna, she speaks little German, but is very helpful; the weather has improved, she went swimming with Detta [Marietta Warburg]; there is a strong wind from the West; the other children have to stay in the dunes, they had a little cold but are better by now; the birthday went very well, Max Adolph was very proud to be the centre of attention; everybody sends greetings, 'Ruschi', is a wonderful companion for Mary; is looking forward to Warburg to join them but does not think that he should stay more than two weeks as the many people and children will make him nervous
